True North (formally the Wheatland Crisis Society) invites you to participate in our 2023 Black & White Gala! The Gala is an exciting fundraising event celebrating our community. Guests are encouraged to dress formally in blacks and whites for an elegant evening of dueling pianos, delicious food, and coming together. In addition, guests will also find a live auction, silent auction, and 50/50 raffle!
WOW, Strathmore! Thank you so much for making our Black & White Gala 2023 a success!
We spent the night jamming out with Court Jester Dueling Pianos,
trying not to drool over Baldwin BBQ‘s delicious smoked brisket spread,
in-awe of Legacy Farm‘s beautiful, historic venue,
and in celebration of True North’s 30 years of working together to interrupt the cycle of abuse in our community!
Since our inception, True North has relied on the generosity of community supporters to help us operate our important facility and programs. True North offers 24/hour crisis support, advocacy, and referral; outreach programming that meets clients where they are; educational programming for schools, businesses, & groups; and emergency shelter for our neighbours most in need.
ALL the proceeds from the Black & White Gala go directly to supporting the health and longevity of our programs and services!
